Sea Trials

1. MREA'03 sea trial

A preliminary equipment test took place during the Maritime Rapid Environmental Assessment 2003 (MREA'03) sea trial from 18- 26 June, 2003 in the area north of Elba I, Italy (see results and achievements here).

2. MREA'04 sea trial

A second sea trial took place from March 31st to April 7, 2004 in the area off Setúbal, Portugal, during a scheduled NATO Underwater Research Center REA sea trial (a brief overview of the sea trial can be found here ).

3. MREA'07 sea trial

A third sea trial took place from April 22 to May 2, 2007 in the Tirrenian sea off the coast of Italy in colaboration with TNO and NLHO from The Netherlands (see UALG sea trial participation online web page here ).
